ON-TOPP Recruitment division is headed up by Kate Gershuni. She has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment and HR environment, having worked in both corporate and small set up environments. Her focus is on graduate recruitment. Building relationships with both candidate and client in order to deliver the best solution for both.
The candidates are fairly assessed across criteria specific to key performance areas such as qualifications, expertise, experience and personality attributes required to fit the job requirements. The short-listed candidates are then reference checked prior to any referral to any of our clients.
Since 2007 she has been successful in the niche market of placing trainee accountants into corporate CA Training Programmes.
