Joan Muller interfaces with clients and manages the ON-TOPP databases which track, inter alia, the trainees' hours and level of competence. Joan is also responsible for the comprehensive annual scheduling of assessments and for checking and reporting on compliance. She is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of ON-TOPP's reporting systems.
Joan has a diploma in Business Management and more than 30 years of computer and database management experience. Over the years she has also been involved in computer training, training course development, training other trainers and training management.
